Frequently asked questions
Can I book with a deposit?
All of our bookings made greater than 12 weeks before departure can be secured with a deposit. This can vary depending on the elements and price of the holiday booked but is kept to a minimum.
Are you holidays ABTA protected?
We do not have an ABTA licence simply because PTS (Protected Travel Services) offer a much more comprehensive set of protections for both the public and operators alike. PTS provides a specific financial protection structure through a trust account system, safeguarding all consumer payments for any travel services, not just package holidays. PTS protects consumer payments by holding them in a trust account until the travel services are actually provided. This means every booking made through a PTS member is financially protected until the trip is completed as well as offering additional insurance mechanisms.
What is APC?
APC is the ATOL Protection Charge and is a mandatory fee paid by travel companies to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to protect consumers booking package holidays and some flights against the insolvency of the travel company. Our dynamically packed holidays are protected by The JTL Group ATOL (12564).
How can you beat tour operator deals and packages?
Traditional package tour holidays offer a fixed price for the flight, hotel and transfer element. We can normally beat these prices by either dynamically packaging the holiday ourselves or negotiating a better deal direct with the operator.
Do hotel or flight only booking have financial protection?
Hotel or accommodation only bookings are normally covered by Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI) which safeguards your funds in the event of a supplier going into liquidation.
What deals are available at Domes, Ikos or Sani Resorts?
The best deals tend to be for higher end rooms such as luxury residences or villas. However, we can always offer you a rate cheaper than publicly available so contact us for a quote.
Can you book low cost carriers and legacy airlines?
Yes we can book traditional airlines such as British Airways and Emirates along with low cost carries such as easyJet and Ryanair. We can package holidays together using any bookable airline.
Can you add my frequent flyer membership number with flight bookings?
Absolutely. Just let us know your frequent flyer number and scheme and we will add it to your booking.
